Linda Lautenberg is committed to helping women succeed at career change in midlife. By combining her experience as a career returner and passion for connecting people, she builds dynamic communities that inspire mid-career women to propel each other forward.

Along with her partner Judy Schoenberg, she is the Co-Founder of EvolveMe, a professional development company for mid-career women in transition: returning to the workforce after a break, pivoting from a current role or looking to make a change in response to personal transition.

EvolveMe equips women with the structure, community, mindsets and professional toolkit needed for successful reinvention. The community brings together talented women across industries for mutual learning, support and opportunities through interactive group programming.

Linda is a passionate advocate for causes that are important to her.  She is a founding member and Regional Facilitator Lead for Harvard Business School Alumni Circles; a member of Impact 100 Jersey Coast, a women’s philanthropic investment nonprofit; and the founder of a local FLAG  (Frontline Appreciation Group) chapter at the outset of Covid-19.

Early in her career, Linda enjoyed success in real estate finance at the Prudential Investment Corporation and Nomura Securities; she holds a Chartered Financial Analyst designation and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Linda currently lives near the Jersey shore with her husband, 1-3 kids depending on the time of year and state of the Covid crisis and far too many pets.

"I love working with smart women who are motivated to make Monmouth County a better place for everyone."
